Collect And Return Service Terms Collect And Return Service Terms I agree to paying R350.00 excluding VAT for the collect and return service, even if I reject the quote to carry out the repairs. I also agree that my laptop will not be returned until I pay the collect and return service fee in full. Lastly, I agree that I will still be liable for the collect and return service fee if I cancel this request but do not do so writing at least 24 hours prior to my specified collection time.

Laptop Repair Terms Laptop Repair Terms If I accept the repair quote, I agree to pay for all repairs as well as collect and return service fees, when applicable, in full, before my laptop will be release or returned back to me.

Onsite IT Support Terms Onsite IT Support Terms I agree to pay for all onsite IT support services on receipt of an invoice for the services rendered. A callout fee of R350.00 excluding VAT plus an hourly rate of R550.00 excluding VAT will be applicable.
